I can't wait for the Olympics to start tomorrow.. Now that football is over for the season, there is something worth watching on TV. This weekend for me would be rather boring if it weren't for the Olympics since I'm not a big fan of basketball.....GO USA!!!!!

Saturday at St Paul was the day I had been waiting for since the announcment of the tour. With all of the videos, commercials, etc. surrounding the Shine All Night Tour, I was going to go watch it, come back and post every detail. WOW, it's just the start of Friday and already it is hard to stay focused knowing that tomorrow morning we will be headed to St Paul...Wish I would have took a sick day for Moline now!!!! I LOVE Martina's videos. She sure is keeping us in suspense....

Why it is that the government pushes for flu and H1N1 shots , washing your hands, covering your mouths when you cough or sneeze but they do not push for fast food restaurants employees to wear gloves or hair nets when preparing our food????

I was taking my 4 yr old grandaughter Ava to a movie and shopping last weekend. On our way, we were listening to the Shine CD. She asked me if she could go on an airplane ride to see Martina. So when I got home, I ask her Mom if she could go to the Council Bluffs show with me..She said (and she likes Martina too)..uuhh no... Although really loud noises do hurt her ears, what is the youngest age...

I know alot has been "blogged" about the snow here in the midwest, but seriously, what happened to our summer and fall???? NOW my major concern is if it keeps this up what will the weather be like when I travel to Martina's concerts?????????? AND will I get there?????
