It is so cool that when the sun comes out so do the people in the city. Even though I had to work today it seemed everyone's mood lightened up when the sun came out, even though we were working.LOL Well when it started warming up the coats came off and boy what a happy bunch of beavers were we. YIPPEEE for spring!!!

Can't believe two days in a row we have had actual sunshine. Had to work yesterday but saw it through the window. Today got to go for a nice walk on the passage. It is so nice to see the city come alive and people out walking their dogs, kids and husbands LOL. Hopefully spring is around the corner and with it the Martina concert. Yippeeee!!!!

I am getting excited about the Doc Walker/Deric Ruttan concert on Tuesday. They are Canadian artists and if you get the chance, check them out. Deric's lyrics are touching and really make me think. They will be here in Saint John and I am so happy to have a ticket to see them with my friend. I really need to do something that I love to keep the winter blues away. My next joy will be...

Well, I got the mittens. Proceeds from the sale of the mittens go to the olympic atheltes. They are really warm and cool to look at. Getting my Canadian Pride ready. I really want the Canadian Women's Hockey Team to take the gold this year. LOL. Hopefully the lucky loonie in the ice will do the trick. Look out world here come the Canucks!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was -28 with the wind chill, at least it was not the -32 they predicted. Good thing the weathermen are always wrong. LOL. Warming up as March is around the corner and Martina will be here for the first time in Saint John. Ya Ho

It is -26 with the wind chill today. The wind was just wippen off the Bay. I was still cold in my winter coat and by olympic gloves. Tomorrow they say will be -28 and sunny. Sunny! Ha! I am staying in my PJS and drink a cup of hot tea, wrapped up in my snuggle.
