If I hear one more song about a man being from the country, poor, dirt roads, beer, anything they think is hick, back roads, country I am going to scream. Aren't there any other topics to sing about now days? It seems like all a new male artist needs to do these days is either sing about being from the country or have something about it in a song. Even some of the not so new guys are getting in on it. Ugh! I am sooo not impressed and over country radio.
Good thing WSM comes in at night where I live, that and a little local station outside town are the only stations that play any variety of artists and music. Most stations only play the same 8 - 10 artists over and over again, and most of them are men..(but we had that discussion already)
