Tell Braydon to hang in there!!! This will make him stronger! At least he can say he auditioned, ya know? Not many people can say something like that! He can take this experience as a stepping stone for his career. The only way to go is UP!:) Hang in there!!! I would never have the guts to do that. Your son is BRAVE!
Tell Braydon to hang in there. I really don't kbnow how they can even be fair when sooo many are trying out. His time will come, maybe even a bigger chance. Carol
sorry to hear that Tracy..Sometimes it makes you wonder just what kind of talent they are looking for. As in the past it seems that instead of sending someone forward that has talent, they send a person for comic relief...which sucks for the people that do have talent.....
Sorry he didn't get to go further this time....but I'm sure it was an experience in itself just being there for that part of it! I did a lot of competitive stuff growing up (not music, which would be obvious if anyone were allowed to hear my cd from the fan club party)...did baton twirling, dance, pageants...that kind of thing. Have nothing but the best memories of all of it, even when it didn't go as I had hoped. The disappointments only made me more determined. I love hearing about kids setting goals, having dreams and just going for it!! Way to go Braydon...keep on singing!!!!!

Tracy, sorry he didn't move on. However, kudos to Braydon for having the guts and tenacity to give it a shot--especially at his age.
I'm sure if that's the path he chooses, he'll have a long and successful future ahead of him!
