Happens to me all the time. Like Suzanne said, get up and go but don't turn on any lights and try to keep your eyes closed as much as possible. You'd be surprised how easy it is to fall back asleep. Then hit your snooze button a couple more times. :)

I have had this happen to me several times which really SUCKS!!! I get up and GO! I don't ever want to think that at my age I could actually WET the bed! That would be pretty sad! LOL!

I really hate it when you really have to go and you're stuck in traffic...that happened to me a few weeks ago. LOL! My friend got pulled...lol. I was like..."Dear Lord! NOT NOW!" I had to go extremely bad and we were only a few feet from the gas station (the bathroom wasn't pretty either..)
