Martina McBride

- I love Martina's music, most of all for the things she chooses to sing about.

The music, the friends. It was the best of times.

-I'm a native Philadelphian (PA, that is)

-I have two brothers, one older, one younger.

-I and my older brother are "Irish Twins" — born 11 months apart.

-My Dad died at 42 when I was 7. I often imagine how my life would be different had he lived.

-I was the only one of my family to go on to college.

-I graduated from Penn; then took an MA at the University of Massachusetts.

-I met my sweetie Suzanne when she was 17 and I was 24. Married her two years later before she got away! Of all the pretty things in this world, nothing compares to the beauty in her. I wish I could be like her.

-I was a Ford technician (i.e. mechanic) in PA, NJ, and MA before and during college.

-My favorite pastime is riding my old Harley ('78) with Suzanne. We've ridden over 100,000 miles together.
