So being new to the site I was wondering if there is anyone who can tell me what we do with the earned points. Are you able to buy stuff or cash them in somehow or what?

I think the points in the wallet means that is what you have earned and available to spend.
I don't remember earning any points when I bought tickets, but I could be wrong as I really didn't pay any attention to that.
