Wow, Retired USN. So is my dad. He is going to be 85 next month and is in excellent health for his age.
I lived in Norfolk for about 5 years when I was young, 10-15 years old or a little older maybe. That is the base to hang out at..LOL
Your a little younger than me. Dad retired as CPO 1st Class. He was a radio and communications tech. Had a lot of sea duty I can tell you that. Even I have been on a navy vessel out to sea 3 times. I had a great childhood there.
