One response to I see this sign every morning and it makes me smile.

  1. About 8 (?) years ago you did a Christmas show at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago and I took my granddaughter to see you. For one of your songs you called up all the young kids to sit on stage with you – we were sitting in the balcony and my granddaughter wanted to go up but I said NO because I thought you would be starting your song at any moment – but you didn’t and you gave time for all the kids to join you. Well my granddaughter was very disappointed because I wouldn’t let her go up. She is now 17 and she will ask me if I have any regrets in life and I always say only one – the time I wouldn’t let you go up and on the stage with Martina. We laugh about it but today when I saw that US99 was advertising a Christmas special at the Rosemont Theatre I decided to buy tickets – just want to know if you still invite the kids on stage because if so do you think you could make mention of her and ask her to come up to be on stage. If not, no problem I am looking forward to seeing you live again. Sincerely, Laura Marzullo
