If you guys wanna sign up for the front row/M&G contest, just follow the "Enter contest" link under the show you will be attending (on the tour page). The contest is the only way to meet Martina through fan club on this tour.
As for a fan club party, it's waaaaay too early to tell. If it happens, it will be in June, and it's usually announced only a couple of weeks before the CMA Music Festival.
