Hey everybody!
Lots of exciting stuff to write about today! First of all, welcome to our new website. I'm very excited about it and all the new features...even though I'm still learning my way around it! We have been reading your feedback and know that there will definitely be an adjustment period. We will be tweaking and making changes over the next few weeks. We appreciate all your comments and please know that everyone at Ground Control and Darren are working very hard to make this site fun and easy for you. After all, it is YOUR site. You guys use it every day.

Tracy has some great ideas for the fan club. You will find that there is a lot going on there. We will have contests and missions so that you can help us reach goals. You will be able to win points for doing different missions and things on the site and you can use those points to redeem all kinds of cool stuff. Also, we have a lot of exclusive fun stuff in the works for you.

One thing I think is really cool about this new site is the fact that you can have your own blog and page so other people can read your thoughts. It's kind of like your own mini website in a way!

We are working on getting the lyrics to the songs up and also you will be able to hear snippets of each song soon too. We'll also be putting up more pics and videos. All in all I think this is going to be a great experience. Just hang in there with us. Darren is also on the boards to help with any questions you may have.

On to other news....the tour! So excited about this one. Happy to be out with Trace Adkins. Hopefully some of you have been able to see the spots we did for GAC...we have more of those up our sleeve. I think it's going to be such a fun, fun tour! Shine All Night!

AND finally, we have a new Martina Moment on the way. Will be up tomorrow morning. I think it's one of the best yet.

Lots of you are keeping up with me through Twitter. It's a great way to hear from me most every day. We have almost 45, 000 "followers" now!

John and the girls are doing great, by the way. Busy with school and all the activities this time of year. My favorite time of year, by the way.
