Hi Martina, I live in Jacksonville, Florida and will be going to your concert a week from tonight in St. Augustine. I can not wait!!! I have loved your music from the beginning. Love the song "Marry Me". This is my third year being involved with the Relay for Life. It is alot of fun and for a wonderful cause as I'm sure you know. It's not hard to get people to help and get involved with it because at this point we all have been touched by the terrible disease in some way. A friend, family member, or ourselves. Our Relay day starts 4/21 and ends 4/22. While it would be awesome if you could be there to sing your song "I'm gonna love you through it", I know you are a very busy girl!! :) But I was wondering if you could record a small message to our groups. We have 37 groups. Almost 50 survivors who will be there for our event. If this isn't possible, I totally understand. It doesn't hurt to ask. I would be so, so grateful and it would make our relay event a very special one we would always remember. Your song is so touching, and perfect for this day! We are going to play it for sure. Dear Martina,
I have a close friend from work who had some issues this summer they told her it was acid re-flux well she kept getting worse so she went to a new hospital to find out she has stage 4 terminal cancer. you have always been my favorite singer, I've seen you lots of times.and your song "I'm gonna love you through it" has impacted my life so much and helped me to cope with my good friend who i might lose,but with hope and prayer and "I'm gonna love you through it" I know she can beat it :) thanks Martina.Your music means so much to me ..
