I enjoy standing up and dancing at the shows! I think it also adds to the energy of the show when the crowd is enthusiastic and from all of the shows I have been to, and it's been a lot of them, Martina seems to feed of that energy. I have been to shows where NOBODY stands up, even on songs that demand a standing ovation, and it just doesn't work.
There should be a law that people have to sit in their seats at concerts and not stand up and dance and obstruct the view of others. If everyone would just stay seated there wouldn't be any need to stand up. If you want stand up and dance go to a dance hall.
