MARTINA AND FANS TEAM UP TO DO GOOD DURING CMA FEST

Team Music Is Love has made it a point in the past to give back to good causes each year during CMA Fest in Nashville. This year was no exception as a team of fans gathered with Martina to bring smiles and a little CMA Fest fun to children in need. Fans handed out gifts while Martina played games, signed autographs, and posed for photos with more than 50 children and their families who were unable to attend the festival.

The CMA Fest itself is a benefit event that helps children and music education in Tennessee and around the world. The 2016 festival was estimated to raise approximately $3 million for the CMA Foundation, and about $1 million of that was to stay in the Nashville area.

The good continues this summer as Martina’s Team Music Is Love volunteers will be working around the country to help good causes in their own home towns and on her tour. A group of Martina’s fan volunteers will be walking to fight cancer in Relay For Life of Burrillville Glocester, Rhode Island. Volunteers will also be participating in Bri’s Race To End Domestic Violence in Valparaiso/LaPorte, Indiana, with an additional effort to help a local shelter when Martina plays the LaPorte Country Fair in Indiana. They’ll also be walking to help the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention in Cape Girardeau, MO.
