    Yes, once, years ago. Luckily, it was only for about 15 minutes. I was concerned, but did not have an agonizing time wait.

    yes for almost an hour and i was all alone in the elevator
    now i often take the stairs

    No, I haven't. I haven't been in elevators very much, although I did get in an elevator in one building the Snedakers took us to in April 1999; I think that's the only time I was ever in one.

    Ugh! I think my freak out factor would depend on a few things. How many people were in the elevator...wouldn't want to be alone, but wouldn't want to be crammed in with a bunch of people. Also, it would depend on which floor I was on. The higher the floor, the more I'd panic.

    Worst case scenario, alone...way up high...in the dark.
