Attention ground(ctrl)

I really need to talk with someone from ground(ctrl) and have been unable to contact you through email. When I write an email and try to send it to you, All I get is a message saying "access to account denied. Verify that username and password are correct." I really need to talk with somebody about changing the name on will call tickets purchased through ground(ctrl).

    good luck i sent them an email about a question about 2 weeks ago and it went through but
    haven't gotten a reply.

    i thought awhile back there was a post on here and a number to call but i
    can't seem to find that post.

    We have tickets waiting for us for tomorrows show in Cleveland at will call, and we got a phone call today from ground control about who was going to pick them up, and to make sure they had a photo ID.

    Thanks for the number. Another board member called me earlier today with a phone number and ground(ctrl) is doing what they can to help.
