The artist does have a responsibility to their fan base to inform them at the earliest possible time of when a show is cancelled or postponed.I understand why a fan would be upset over the cancellation especially if it involves lost money.A week before a show is scheduled to play would be very frustrating to say the least.

The most frustrating part for me was that I had plans to attend not only next week's postponed concerts, but also the 2 in Texas that were removed from the schedule just after I made 99% of my plans. I'm not gonna make plans so early next time. I'm just waiting for strike three to hit me since strikes one and two came nearly at once.

You might be surprised, Trace put on a really good show in Milwaukee. He was way better than I expected him to be, even though he did not sing Arlington.

I've seen him a few times.. nice guy, just not impressed with his music. I met him when I was 17. :-) The picture I have of the two of us is cute... he's huge.

So bummed out that Martina won't be coming to Texas. I've been waiting for about 10 years to see her in concert (I'm only 22 and never had much of an opportunity to go see her-school, travel, expences, etc.) and was planning on driving 8 or so hours to see her in Grand Prairie. Since neither location was big enough, here are a few places I know of that are pretty large in Texas that may be some possiblilities.

    1. Dodge Arena-Hidalgo, TX-Sugarland, Big & Rich, and Gretchen Wilson are just a few country acts that have played here (and sold-out).
    2. AT&T Center-San Antonio, TX-pretty sure Martina is familiar. (GO SPURS!)
    3. Alamodome-San Antonio, TX-college bowl game played here every year; former home of the San Antonio Spurs.
    4. Frank Erwin Center-Austin, TX-my personal favorite since I'm a UT grad and this is where my graduation ceremony was held; the Texas Longhorn basketball team plays here; on the UT campus (tour anyone?); AND Martina performed here on her Waking Up Laughing Tour. HOOK 'EM HORNS!!!

Just a few suggestions so that Martina can come back to Texas. Also pretty sure that Houston has more than one place more than big enough for the show. Just some thoughts. PLEASE come to Texas, PLEASE!

Does anyone know if there is a meet and greet after the concert on January 31st at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, VA? I haven't been a member of her fan club for many years due to financial reasons and I need to find out soon so I can order the memberships for my sisters and myself so we can meet her for our bday's. Thanks! Ryan from Frederick, MD.
