So...does that mean that those of us who already have our tickets, those tics will be honored on the rescheduled dates, even tho they will have the wrong date listed on them.
I know it seems like a DUH query, just wanting to be absolutely SURE.

Also, is Atlanta going to be the first one you mentioned on April 30th?

I truly hope you can do everything in your power to keep the shows in the original order so the Greensboro show would be first and would be on April 30th because Taylor Swift is going to be in Raleigh on May 1.

That's a much longer time to wait for a Varsity fix!! :) Tell Martina that if she really wants to make it up to those of us in Atlanta, that we would greatly appreciate a JOC date next year!!! :)

Maybe the scheduling conflct had alot to do with trace not being able to be there. I hope that was all it was. After all, the tour is being billed as those two. I'm guessing of course but it seems logical,
Ticket sales could also be an issue. Last tour, most her shows has only 5-6 thousand seats sold, same as this tour so far, which is odd to me, even in this tough ecomomy. These are estabished and popular superstars with great new cds out, But I suppose ppl ae being very choosy with thier concert trips and expenditures for them.

PPL need to cough up the 50 bucks nd just GO be amazed!!!

Disconsolate and sorry to hear that I won't be able to see the Atlanta concert until next year, but glad to know that I'll still be able to see her (again!).

I'll just have to sit tight and do the "patience is a virtue" thing until the concert!

Wow, this is getting really old. We love Martina, but this genuinely wrecks peoples' plans and can cost folks a lot of money. I dropped $500 on guaranteed front row tickets for this show as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I guess I'll see what Ticketmaster has to say about this...there's no way I could make the show in May.

You could still give the tickets to her as a Christmas present..Your tickets should still be good....

The dates have been shuffled around a bit which is irritating to say the least, Greensboro is on Fri, Atlanta on Sat and Columbia on Sun. Which means I will now have to take a day off from work. I hope the rescheduling is because of Trace cause I do want to see him but I hope its not for something personal. Whatever reason I am sure it was a good one. It just seems a little unnerving with the B'Ham being canceled and never explained and now this. Just frustrated and was looking forward to this. At least I have several George, Reba and LAW concerts to go to in between.

Greensboro, NC on Thursday, December 10th has been rescheduled for Friday, April 30th, 2010.
Columbia, SC on Friday, December 11th has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 2nd, 2010.
Duluth, GA on Saturday, December 12th has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 1st, 2010.

The new line up for the April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd show will be Martina McBride, Blake Shelton, and a 3rd act TBA.

Previously purchased tickets for the December 10th, 11th and 12th show will be honored for the re-scheduled show dates.

It appears that Trace will NOT be at those concerts, but the concerts will have Martina, Blake Shelton and another artist to be announced.

I guess I'm happy it wasn't cancelled altogether but still bummed we have to wait until May to see her. The only good thing about the situation is I don't have to take a day off work now.

What a bummer.

Ugh ..... so Trace won't even be with her. Oh well, no amount of complaining, disappointment or whatever will change anything. I would still be going no matter what.

Since I'm not a Trace fan, that aspect doesn't bother me. I'm happy Blake is still going to open the Columbia show. I feel sorry for all of those who have booked airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, etc.
