Tickets April 14 Durham, NC show!
I was going to ask when tickets go on sale for this...but then I found out it is with George Strait! I think I am passing on this one because I am not a fan of his and Martina is only the opening act! Sorry! I got all excited too! :(

TARA! why dontcha wait and see what kind of a set Martina is alloted.. you dont have to stay for George, but you can enjoy the Martina part of the show and then jus leave!

Is it me or does anyone else think 137 is a bit high for a concert? Sadly I dont have that kind of money. This lottery thing is not working either. lol. Anyone know of any banks that are not FDTC?

I think it is very high for a show. I want to see her so bad that I am ashamed to say that I will pay this price! Ugh! I am also bummed because the fan club presale is THIS Wednesday and I will be at work! :( I HOPE that great seats will still be available when I get off from work at 2!

It has to be because of George Strait. When Reba and Leeann Womack was with him on his last tour, the tickets were high. Sometimes depending on the venue, they are higher also. Bossier City tickets were $79.50 each for this Saturday.

I looked at the venue website and there is no mention of George...just Martina herself! :)

Yes, this is confusing. This site reads with George S., but the venue page doesn't mention him. I'm going to try and find out for sure.
Sam, where are you seeing $137 a ticket? On the venue site? Hmm...was giving this one a little thought because my SIL lives nearby. However, with tickets $137 a piece and them going on sale soon soon...
I don't think I'll be making this one.

Thank you, Heidi! I am very confused. I am wondering why Martina's tickets would be this high. They are NEVER this high. I wish people would get their facts straight! :(

I am guessing they are higher than the average concert is because it is a smaller venue. It is also a theater and not a civic center.

the venue looks really cool for the Durham show- i tend to agree with MyPepsi on her guess bout the smaller venue hence ticket prices.. Now, i DON't agree with MyPepsi on her beverage choice..i think she should be MyMargarita, but thats neither here nor there... to be able to experience Martina in a venue such as this, would make it a really COOL show! Cooler than usual!

I am planning to get tickets tomorrow after work. I am not sure how the presales have changed or not or are they still the same way that they've always been?

I messaged Tracy and Vanessa about this. I got a reply that it had been fixed. If you look on the tour page now, it only has Martina.

I remember that in 2010 when Martina was in Pittsburgh, the tickets were under $80 (9 rows back) and she was here with Trace Adkins AND Sarah Buxton.
