PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
I see an issue with the pre-sale dates. I'd like to go to back to back nights but the concert pre-sales are on the same day....that means you got a make a choice which concert you want to try and get the best seats for; and hope when you get to the other concert you still get good seats...by good I mean close to Martina!!!
Am I wrong in my thinking...help me out here. Comments? Suggestions?
Thanks, Rabbit

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
Hi Rabbit,
The system is pretty quick and you don't have to finish your purchase until you've bought all the tickets you want. Meaning you can get your tickets for show #1, then go to show #2 and when you're done check out for all of them. ALL of the fan club seats should be in the closest rows to the stage and we have a pretty decent allotment where I doubt we'll have any sell out immediately.
Hope that helps!

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
That's good news! Although if it is possible, having the presales on separate dates would be GREAT. How does the check out work? Do we have to pre-register somewhere with our cc#?

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
When I added tickets to shopping cart during the OKC pre-sale, I had five minutes to complete the next step.

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
Where do we go on the site when pre-sale tickets go on sale? The store? Tour? Manage account? My concert I am buying for is the Rading, PA in January.
Thanks,

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
I really was having trouble trying to decide where to put this question. With the old system [usually ticketmaster :-( ] presales were only for the first 24 or 48 hours if I recall correctly. I do remember that it was a short amount of time. With this new system is that the same case or it there a longer window of opportunity? I'm okay for the shows that I'm planning on purchasing for; but another one I won't know by the presale date if I can get off of work to accodomate my travel time to get there. I thought that others may have a similiar question to this.

Hey Jeanne,
We're working with a 48 hour window here. So the pre-sales will last for two days. Eddie is working on a news post as we speak explaining the whole system a little bit better.
Thanks,
Darren

RE: PRE-SALE PROBLEM?
Tickets are just as good on Ticketmaster and you can get your tickets by email or in the mail. Will call is a horrible system. What if your plans change? These shows are far off and I dont even know what Im doing tomorrow let alone next year.
