Team Martina Oct 15!
In honor of Martina's new single "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" and the incredibly special timing of October being breast cancer awareness month and the new album release, we have formed "Team Martina" to walk in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Nashville, TN, on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 at LP Field.
This will be a great opportunity for fan club members to come together for a special project of global proportions AND help promote this song! AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!! Last year 18,000 people participated in this walk in Nashville.
Already we have people signing up to come and walk with us from Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Any Martina fan is invited to sign up to walk with us that day in Nashville (yes men too!!). If you can't be with us, please consider making a donation to our team to help find more cures for breast cancer. We'd like to have many fan club members with us there that day and maybe even have our most awesome fan club director Tracy if she is available!! The more the merrier! Let's step up and represent our favorite artist and her song!
We are investigating getting special shirts, banners, etc. We have 60 days and the fundraising starts NOW! So hop on board to help us.
Let's show Nashville and the world what Martina's fans can do and be the number one team in the walk and let everyone know about this special new song! I have NEVER been more proud. Everyones hard work and determination paid off. It is SO great to be a part of Team who has pulled together and got the word out and made donations themselves to such a deserving cause. SO PROUD!!!!!
