CMT Blog: CMT Unplugged: Martina McBride Seeking Her Biggest Fan

Martina McBrideCMT will tape Starburst Presents CMT Unplugged: Martina McBride on Monday (July 25) and her biggest fans in the Nashville area are invited to apply to attend the session by sending a request to tickets@gothamcasting.com. Please write "Martina McBride" in the subject line and include your name, age (must be at least 18 years old), phone number, city and state and a recent photo. You may bring one guest with you. If applicable, please include your guest's name, photo and age. The request must also include your favorite McBride song and why you are such a fan. Upon receiving the email requests, the casting agency will contact the selected audience members with the final details. The time has not yet been announced, so applicants must be available all day. Fans must be in the Nashville area to apply for the show.

Jus my opinion.... the only reason i was dissapointed was because, according to the CMT blurb, it appeared as if there would be more than one "super/biggest/gayest(jus kiddn on that last one) fan" picked and that there would exist an audience.. I/we dont claim to be the BIGGEST fans (i'd like to claim BIGGEST FAN #69 if yall ARE gonna keep track,tho-) but since it didnt swing thataway(more than one peep chosen)- then very COOL for the fan who got to go & hang with Martina! DAY-UM, we meet so many peeps at shows that dont post on the forum- all u can do is invite 'em to join us! Whatevs..when one thinks as I do (very scary) and thought more person was gonna get chosen, then i jus cldnt believe that i knew of NOONE to get picked, ya know? But, now that its esplained to me- all is well..Carry on..

I agree with Amy! The only reason I was irritated was because they said they wanted an audience of fans. I'm happy for that one fan who got selected. I don't know exactly what that one fan got to do, but just imagine how excited he/she must've been if he/she had NEVER gotten the opportunity to see Martina or meet her. Yesterday could've been a huge day for that one fan! However, I must say that there are many more than just ONE superfan :)
