    Curly,
This sounds like a great idea, I just have to make sure that I can get off work early that day. I was just planning on driving up after work, but this sounds like a better idea :) As for where, I think that the dining room option sounds better to me. I think if you were to order everything that you get on this menu anywhere else, it would be about that price anyway. :)

Wow...30 FC members plus guests?? That's great.

Since I don't really know anything about the places available...you locals are probably better for picking venue. Though #1 sound like it would fit the crowd and allow for visiting and such more than fitting into different groups at restaurants. Which rooms/restaurants are you looking into? Do you have a count with guests? I'll more than likely be alone. I'll be staying in that area so anything I can do to help let me know.

I'm up for the dining room option, so we can all be together before the concert. That would be my choice. But...I'm game for anything!

If possible, we'd like people to RSVP as soon as they're able. If we wait too long, the dinning rooms may be booked.

As much as I would love to go, I think I have to wait for her official tour. Can't swing it. Wish I could so I could meet all you fabulous folks. In due time. Can't wait for that day.

Paula and I will be over for this show and would probably have headed to somewhere like Houlihans.

We're happy to join your gang of diners as long as they serve standard American/Italian food. Sadly, I don't do Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc - in fact I'm not too keen on English food come to think of it

Ross!! We're looking at either American or Italian, so you're safe. We'll probably have an RSVP date to sign up next week to reserve your spot, so stay tuned, everyone...Excited!!!

The only restaurants that Maria and I have gone to at Station Square are Houlihan's, Hard Rock, and Grand Concourse. I've eaten at Buca di Beppo, but not at Station Square, so I don't know what they have for large groups. So, I guess I don't have an opinion. I would be interested to hear what you find out.

We are going to need to make a reservation by Monday if possible. Rooms are filling quickly! Please RSVP in this thread--that is the easiest way for us to keep track.

It looks like we'll probably be going with Buca di Beppo.

Most importantly, please don't RSVP "yes" if you're unsure. Adding people as time draws nearer isn't so much of a problem. However, if we confirm 25 people and only 15 show up--those meals will have to be paid for.

Neither Kim nor I have the money to pay for "no shows."

I'm not trying to be harsh. I just want everyone to know *exactly* what the situation is.

Thanks, Heidi, for posting this! If/when you all RSVP, please remember to tell us how many to make a reservation for in your party (i.e. if you are bringing guest(s)). This is NOT a "fan club members only" dinner party...anyone attending the show with you, the fan club member, can attend!

Anyone that has any specific questions, please feel free to DM Heidi or myself. We have the banquet menu that we'll email you so that we can start making some choices of what we want to eat that night, too.
