CMT Invitation Only - YAY!!!!
I just got an e-mail (and I'm sure many of you did too) saying that Martina will be taping an episode of CMT Invitation Only on April 14!!! Obviously I won't be able to attend, but I'm soooo psyched to watch the show later on!!! I'm sure it's gonna rock and I'm so excited to be seeing more and more of Martina on TV!!

Well, from what I've heard so far, this new album is going to be a HUGE hit! Several songs moved the Invitation Only audience to tears. Can't WAIT for this special to air AND to get my hands on this new album! Is it August yet?!?

Ahhhhhmmmaaaazing...Martina went above and beyond tonight! What a great show - and so much fun seeing all the Martinavillers! Love my Martina friends...they're all eating steak right now and throwing peanut shells on the floor :)
One of Martina's new songs is a sure fire hit - it's about seeing someone through cancer...great lyrics, awesome music - get your kleenex ready!

Just got back to the hotel and wanted to write a short review of the CMT Invitation show. Martina's voice sounded amazing and I LOVED her shoes!!! We had so MUCH FUN. CMT Invitation should be aired on CMT in September. Martina sang: God Fearin Women, Wild Angels, My Baby Loves Me, Anyway, Summer of Love, This One's for the Girls, Wrong Baby Wrong, Teenage Daughters, Whatever You Say (Long Version), A Broken Wing, Independence Day, and the most amazing new song about a 38 year woman who has breast cancer (can't remember the name because there were woman in the audience crying so I forgot the name :) After the show ended, Martina resang Teenage Daughters and Summer of Love for the taping crew. Then she sang Love's the Only House/Blessed for the fans. :) Martina received several well deserved standing ovations!!! Many thanks for a great time!!

Thank you Tracy for inviting us to the show. It was amazing, and a night I will never forget. I believe the song about cancer was called "Love You Through It". It was a tear jerker indeed!

Sounds like everyone had a blast must be nice not to have to work for a living!!!! If you can't tell I'm a little jealous because I really would have loved to been there also but could not get off work. Can't wait for new CD and tour, love the new song, of course I haven't found a song yet of Martina's I did not like. Glad you all had a good time love the reviews!! Thanks

Last night was fabulous!! I was even picked to ask Martina a question! It was such a great night. Martina looked stunning, sounded amazing (duh) and was so down to earth! She sang A Broken Wing and made a comment that she doesn't normally sing that song in really high heels AND a dress. I said "Well, your shoes are cute!" People laughed and she was like "Well as long as the shoes are cute!" That was when the cameras WEREN'T rolling. LOL. She was amazing. The new album is going to be KILLER. Can't wait to buy it.

For any of you that want to run out and buy a pair of the shoes Martina had on for the taping, they are Prada from Neiman Marcus! (might have to mortgage your house :))
They just wouldn't look the same on my big ole size 9, calloused feet...ugh.

Awesome taping last night in Nashville. Martina looked awesome, sounded great and I got to meet some fans face 2 face. Thanks to those who organized this.

Looks like it was a fabulous show!!! What a shock, right??? :D I'm so psyched to watch it, but it's too bad we have to wait until September!!! I was hoping the show will allow us to hear the new songs before the album comes, hehe :D
