Closed Topic? Store Issues ?
I have to wonder why a topic is marked closed when it is clearly NOT a closed issue. I replied to a topic titled Store Issues? http://www.martinamcbride.com/forum/feedback/83981 I politely asked my question and was asked by a member of Ground(ctrl) to send them a DM for my order that has been missing since JANUARY. I did as I was asked and the reason that I got was "good ole' USPS" and a new one will be sent. I looked in the store and the item is out of stock so I'm pretty sure that isn't possible at this time---not to mention that I was told the same thing 2 weeks ago when I called, and was told that I live at an undeliverable address! I have sent more messages to the same person from Ground(ctrl) and gotten NO reply. I don't understand why customers are treated this way? Martina's fans were NEVER treated like this in the past, and I have been in her fan club for over 15 years now! It is a shame that one company can cause so much grief and frustration. ![]()

Oh boy. I ordered stuff last Friday, and it's still saying READY. I really hope whatever "issues" they're having get resolved. Or that I get refunded.

We have been more than paitient with Ground(ctrl) about a merchandise order from 1/23/10 that has & most likely will never be delivered. Even though they already processed our payment. This is an unacceptable way for any company to act. None of this is going to help Martina's career in any way, it is only going to drive fans away from the "official site". We have spoken to GC on the phone and by e-mail & direct messege and we keep getting excuses from them. Something needs to be done about the poor service we are getting from Ground(ctrl), I truly do not understand how they stay in business!
PS: GC, If you delete this thread like you have done in the past, we have taken SEVERAL steps to make sure the post will get to those who can do something about it.

I've been lucky all of my merchandise order's have been perfect. My last several ticket orders have also been perfect. I also live less than 2 hours from where they ship things now so I get things from them pretty fast.

Wow, surprising to hear of people having problems with their orders - Not good! I ordered some stuff last year, and it came pretty quickly (And I'm overseas!).

I emailed Tee-Cee a couple days ago. Have yet to get a reply. If I don't hear from her by tomorrow night, I'll be contacting Tracy, too.

I have shot everyone dm's in this thread so please reply. The orders that are missing with the mail man (usps) can be resent and any other issues we will also resolve. We work to get orders out in the mail within 24 hours (72 over weekends) of the order being placed. As for the mail (usps) I wish we had more control over them. In fact we are in the process of moving from USPS to UPS, it's a little more but sooooooo much better.

Ok, here we go AGAIN! My name is Steve, I am the husband of Jeanne. We STILL have not received our order from 1/30/10!! What is the deal? We have e-mailed you, we have called you, we have e-mailed Tracy, we have talked to John McBride about how poor your service is. You have processed our payment, but we still do not have our merchandise. We want a refund! How do you stay in business? All we have had from your company is problems! Yes, I am complaining, you deserve to be complained about!
A VERY unsatisfied customer!

I honestly don't think the issue is with USPS. Tracking number hasn't been updated in almost two weeks of receipt of it. Probably because USPS hasn't received the package for mailing?
I'm with Steve. I want a full refund. I don't care about getting my order anymore, because it's obviously not going to happen.

Don't hold your breath on that happening any time soon. Make that "reason #4" on why this board makes graveyards look lively.
I think this whole deal is much like when Waylon Jennings said in a concert "Is everybody having a good time so far? Well I hope so because we've already got your money. And half of it is spent already". -

Wow. Received an email saying my tracking number had been updated and it should be arriving today. I'll believe it when I see it.

On Monday I received another call from Ground (ctrl) this time from Phil, who was very apologetic that I had been waiting since January for my order. He said that since I had been waiting so long for my order he would be sending it out UPS Priority mail and emailing me the tracking number, which he did. He also would be extending my fan club membership an additional 6 months. I hope that is coming of Ground(ctrl)'s wallet and not Martina's! I HAD patience throughout the week until yesterday. I did copy and paste with the tracking number that I was emailed and this is the message that I got in big red bold letters. >>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later.>>>
Are you kidding me??? I tried it 3 times and on 2 different computers! So you can't tell me that I can't do that right! I want a REFUND!!! I have learned a lesson through all of this, to buy merchandise at shows, but don't buy it when GC is involved because they can't deliver it to you! Give the store back to Tee-Cee, at least she knows how to fill orders and what customer satisfaction is all about!

It is painfully obvious that GC does not care about Martinas fans. We have now reached the stage that we are turning GC into the Better Business Bureau of Eastern California, there is nothing else to do. We have e-mailed Tracy about thier continued crappy service. We keep getting lie after lie from GC. I can't believe that Martina & her management have not gotten rid of this company, they are HORRIBLE! -

Glad I changed my mind when I was going to order from the site. I'll save my money until the Columbia concert.
Steve & Jeanne.... I hope they get your order or refund to you ASAP (or have gotten it to you by now). Unbelievable. You're right, too. We NEVER had these kind of problems before GC took over. They are dragging Martina's good name through the mud.
