Points taken away???
This point system, while a good idea, really sucks. I entered every campaign but had trouble entering the web info for asking radio to play IJCUM because I kept getting error message that says there were problems with my submission. I mentioned that SEVERAL times in here and of course received no response. I had also put that in the comments section of that campaign and received no response there either.

Then all the points were finally awarded (much longer than the seven days after campaign ended) and I received points for that campaign so I figured GC finally figured out I had repeatedly entered.
Today, those points were taken away. What the heck is going on? I followed through on that campaign. So if GC can take away anytime they choose why should we do the campaigns? I do that stuff anyway (requesting, etc.) but to have trouble with the site - repeatedly - get no response, have points awarded and then taken away on whatever whim GC chooses - is there any point???

Where's Ground(Ctrl)'s official response?
I haven't heard anything from Ground(Ctrl) before the event; after the complaints; or after the points were restored. I do see some spin from Matt (a moderator), after the fact, trying to minimize the effect that this event has upon the confidence Martina fans have with the current setup.
Ground(Ctrl) needs to be involved with the forum! They need to accept responsibility for their actions. Being anonymous does not work when doing support. Every time an event occurs with no one responding, means more people get disenchanted and leave.
Ground(Ctrl), if you are reading these messages: Please respond, in the forums, quickly to each support message recognizing that the problem exists so that people don't think that they are speaking to deaf ears. The more time goes by; The more events occur; the less you respond; The more disenchanted people get with the site and eventually they leave. So please just respond to these messages because your actions are alienating Martina's (your client) fan base. -

"Small amount of time" = FOUR DAYS? Without warning or explanation. After it took months to get the points awarded at all, as promised? And we're supposed to be okay with that, like with everything else? "Not your fault" Amazing.

Have to agree with Kat. Four days without any communication is pretty poor customer service, especially in light that it did take months for the points to be awarded - instead of the promised seven days. And one minute they are there, the next, gone. It feels like a lack of respect for OUR thoughts/questions, etc when we see no response from the company that is supposed to be providing support. I have to agree with everyone else that the lack of communication/support for the site really, really stinks.

Hi Juanita,
We were working on the point system a couple of days ago so you might of seen some points come and go. In the end they should all be posted to your account. The reason for this update was to make the point approval faster in the future. I am sorry for any frustration that it caused. Please DM me if you need anything else.
