Points taken away???
This point system, while a good idea, really sucks. I entered every campaign but had trouble entering the web info for asking radio to play IJCUM because I kept getting error message that says there were problems with my submission. I mentioned that SEVERAL times in here and of course received no response. I had also put that in the comments section of that campaign and received no response there either.

Then all the points were finally awarded (much longer than the seven days after campaign ended) and I received points for that campaign so I figured GC finally figured out I had repeatedly entered.
Today, those points were taken away. What the heck is going on? I followed through on that campaign. So if GC can take away anytime they choose why should we do the campaigns? I do that stuff anyway (requesting, etc.) but to have trouble with the site - repeatedly - get no response, have points awarded and then taken away on whatever whim GC chooses - is there any point???

That doesn't seem right, Juanita. I know you have been ALL OVER this topic, and I thought i was gonna read that it was FINALLY resolved for ya!! What could i have been thinking????

If it was 500 points Dayna, maybe I got them. I noticed Jan.1 that I went from 313 to 813...I assumed it was a 'fan for a year point bonus' being a new year and all.

You can look at your points page and see how all your points are tallied. Hopefully they'll reappear for everyone.

I was actually thinking about making a joke along the same lines. I did send GC an Email asking about this and the meet and greet sign up issues. Nothing yet, other than my request is being processed.

What we're saying is we had points that suddenly were removed or disappeared. This seems to have happened to numerous people all at the same time.

The points disappeared for a small amount of time while upgrading the campaigns section of the site. Everything should be back to normal

"Small amount of time" = FOUR DAYS? Without warning or explanation. After it took months to get the points awarded at all, as promised? And we're supposed to be okay with that, like with everything else? "Not your fault" Amazing.

Hey Matt, I'm just curious...why did it only affect some members points and not everyone? (Mine was not affected)
