communication?
I have tried to communicate my issues with this fan club, via this fan club. Alas, it does not seem to be working. I have received no response to my e mails to ground control or the other personnel listed in control of this website. Another concern is-- what was ever decided as compensation for the people who had and are apparently still having trouble ordering pre- sale tickets with this system? I believe Darren had stated that everyone who had issues would be taken care of in some way. I don't find that this is true as of yet, is it? What's up?

I recall Tracy saying that her e-mail hasn't been working very well since Ground(Ctrl) took over so I assume that e-mailing her now and expecting a speedy reply is gonna be a huge problem, if her e-mail isn't working properly.
Overall, I'm losing faith in Ground(Ctrl) with every passing seocnd and website error.

If you're having FC issues, trying to get help from GC is not the way to go. Also, anyone else in charge of the website has nothing to do with the FC--those are separate areas.
Problems with tickets would be a GC issue and you should contact them.
While we're on the topic of communication, it seems we're back to often being ignored. I thought this problem was solved after the last meeting. Not so. I rarely see responses on this page from GC and often read about unanswered Emails, as you're speaking of above.

Tracy's email issues were taken care of back in October, so there should be no issues reaching her at fanrelations@martinamcbride.com.
Ground Ctrl told me that they took care of everyone who had a pre-sale issue. So the best thing I can suggest if you had an issue and it wasn't taken care of is to contact Ground Ctrl directly. If you've tried that and failed please let me know the specifics and we'll see what we can do.
