This just means that your tickets have not yet shipped. As soon as a tracking number is associated with your order, this will change to 'fulfilled'. In an effort to reduce scalping, tickets are generally not shipped until about a month before the event. I would expect your tickets to arrive within the next few weeks. I hope this helps
