    I purchased concert tickets back in October for the Colorado Springs concert that happens this next Thursday and have not received anything. I am a fanclub member and I check in here pretty regularly and you would think that if there was a problem with something, there would be some kind of communication. Hopefully the tickets arrive soon since I am really unsure what to do if they don't... I have been looking forward to this concert since it was announced and so has my girlfriend.... she is a huge Trace fan, and I am a huge Martina fan...

    do you know if they were to be picked up at will call? when you do the presales you have to pick them up at will call the day of the show or try contacting the venue! If your having problems try emailing ground control or get a hold of Darren by sending him a private message. I hope you guys get things worked out!

    Did it say Will Call on your confirmation e-mail? Also, if there was no shipping charge that would indicate they will be at Will Call.

    I have tickets for Park City and the next night and those are at Will Call. I'd call Ground(Ctrl) and the box office tomorrow, if I were you.

    we were told that the tickets would be mailed... I have an email into GroundCtl now and will update this thread when (or if) I get an email back. Will call would make sense to me, and I would be totally fine with that, but when you are told that the tix would be mailed one week before the concert, that is what I expected, thus, the concern. :) I am sure all will work out fine....

    ok, I called ground control and our tickets are now NOT going to be mailed and will be held at Will Call... issue is closed... they really should have done that in the beginning

    I think the tour promoters like to do this kind of stuff and we (inc. Ground Ctrl) are at their mercy!
