I agree with you; I haven't received any of these points either. It's been over a month since some of these closed; I'm beginning to doubt they will ever be awarded.

I'm sure they will get to this eventually. I send a few messages over the course of a few months to GrndCtrl and never heard back. They were very helpful that the beginning, but now they never respond.
I emailed Tracy a while ago, and she just got back to me today. I'm sure they are all trying there hardest and reading everyones opinions.

Matt...to change your photo and all that if you go up to the top of the page and click on Manage Account on the right side, it will drop down a "banner" of sorts, right above it. Next click manage account that is off to the left (next to your current photo) of the new drop down. That will open up a new page that has all of your account settings that you can change...the ones you're asking about. Give that a try and post back if you have it all worked out.
The points are tallied by certain activities on the site..blogging, friending, campaigns...those sorts of things. You have 152 points.
