Points
OK - I've done two campaigns that have long since closed. The Tweet and request on radio campaigns. So far, no points awarded. I thought points would be awarded in a timely manner. I know there were lots of Tweet campaign participants, but it's been at least a month since the campaign closed. What are the points supposed to do anyway? Maybe that's why you can't do anything with your points, because they haven't been properly awarded yet. 
Oh, well. C'est la vie.

Does your campaign page say it's been verified? Those are being done by hand, but Eddie thought most / all had been done.
As far as the point, be looking for the list within the next week or two. The points will allow you to buy certain goods from the Martina Store as well as turn in for some other cool perks!

Hey D...one of my campaigns says it's been verified and I've earned 250pts..but they haven't actually been added to my points total. The I Just Call You Mine campaign still says Submitted...waiting to be verified or something close to that. I don't care one way or the other when the verified ones are added, just saying they haven't been yet if someone actually thought they had been.

I have the same issue as Pearl. The twitter campaign says verified, but I haven't been credited with the points.

Both of my Campaigns say APPROVED, awarded 250 points - for the Twitter Moment and I Just Call You Mine campaigns. The 500 points don't show in my total points, tho. I didn't realize I could go to the campaigns and see the results there.

Thanks, Brent. I was just getting worried that the correct total hasn't been corrected and I hadn't seen any updates that this was being worked on or looked into.
I will sit patiently and wait.

And I still can't get the IJCYM campaign to work. Every time I enter the URL where I requested the song, I get a message that says there was an error with my submission. I've tried it probably half a dozen times, and it just shows that I have signed up not that I have entered.
Can someone from Ground Ctrl PLEASE tell me how to enter the URL if it won't work????? I did enter it in the comments ... will that be enough??

I have entered both the twitter campaign and also the Vote for Martina awhile ago and they both say pending approval and I guess I don't understand why some show up right away but mine is still pending for over a month? If someone could let me know that would be great!

Mine are the same way and I wonder if I did something wrong. After all it is something technical and I'm not so good at that. Like maybe I put in the wrong url from the twitter campaign; or because I have protected updates it can not be checked by Ground(ctrl).

I'm still not showing any points from the campaigns. Now, it appears that you can begin using your points for things.
For all the campaigns that I've signed up for, the points are approved, but not showing up in my points.
Is Ground-Ctrl working on this?

Same here ... on the Twitter campaign, it says approved, 250 added. On the other two campaigns, it says closed, you've earned 250 points. I haven't received any points added to my account.
Why is it taking so long to add these points to our accounts, and when will this be taken care of?

OK - We're going on almost a month since I started this thread (it's been about 3 weeks - including one week that included a holiday). The only points that have been awarded to my Point Account are those that are repeatable and unlockable. STILL none of my campaign points have been added to my account. I hope that Ground Ctrl is looking into this. Though, I haven't seen anything from Ground Ctrl in response to this topic.
What is the use in participating in the campaigns if the points that are awarded aren't actually added to your point total? Feeling a little neglected here.
