    I've called GC and each time I've been told they are waiting for the physical membership items to arrive and that it will be another two weeks. It's been almost 2 months or 8 weeks now.

    I'll ask Tracy about it. I know it took awhile last year because they were waiting on the new pics, but it was worth the wait. I'll let you know when I hear something.

    Hey guys - I swore that what happened last year would not happen again and was proactive in making sure it didn't. Unfortunately our merch guy was not as proactive. I started with the packets in November, with the guarantee that the items would be ready to ship by January 1, but our merch guy is just now getting the items to Ground Ctrl. They have everything but the membership cards which should arrive this week - then all packets from January 1 will be shipped. I'm so sorry for the delay - and can promise you that this will NOT happen again. I have been extremely frustrated...it was not a GC or fan club thing...just a merch guy that took on more than he should have. I'm sorry for the delay - you should be getting your goodies very soon!
