Problems with ordering stuff at the store

OK, so I want to order the Shine All Night program, but every time I fill out the Billing/Shipping address boxes and click "Save and continue to shipping method" I get an error message saying "There were problems with your submission". The message couldn't be more general, so I have no idea what to do! I have tried it in three different browsers (Firefox, Opera and IE) and I always get the same message. It's driving me nuts!!

Any help here would be greatly appeciated!!!

    Are name, address, city, country, postal code, and phone number all filled out for both shipping and billing? This appears to be an international order. If this is the case, is the state left blank?

    I'm trying to replicate your steps as accurately as possible.

    Yes, this is an international order and the state was indeed left blank, because when I chose "Poland" in the country box, the state/province box wouldn't let me enter anything. Apart from that, any boxes that can be filled out are filled out.

    Are you able to take a screen shot of the address screen in your order and send it to support@groundctrl.com ?
