    Whoa! I would love to see that! Miami is boring in this way......but if I use a time lapsed camera, I'm certain that I can send a (whoopie!) coconut falling off a tree or sumthin'

    They were OK if you never seen them before, but because of the full moon, the pics werent any good.Oh welll maybe next time. They arent like a solar eclipse where you have to wait 10 years, for me anyway A couple of 3s are coming up but with the full moon, it will be the same.

    I just got back from watching the northern lights. The clouds started moving in, My cameras shutter speed isnt slow enough to get any pics. I will have to get a new camera, for any decent pics

    I have an add-on for Firefox that shows me the K index along with some other stuff about solar activity. It's handy to get an idea of how well ham radio signals will bounce around the earth.
