I haven't been on here for a while because of something that happen in my family and wanted to share with yall... On July 17, 2010 my dad attempted to take his life and received a gunshot wound to the head. Shortly after the incident, he was responsive to visitors and would move his left arm and leg/arms. July 23, 2010 We have some bad news to share tonight. Earlier today, we met with a Trauma Doctor who explained that Brad's neurological progress since surgery last Sunday has not improved. In fact, it has deteriorated in spite of aggressive care and treatment. By this time, they would have expected to see improvements. His neurological exams indicate that Brad has suffered significant brain damage. The positive signs we thought we saw were actually spontaneous reactions instead of stimulated reactions. In short, the Doctor said "what we see now is probably all we will ever get". His Birthday July 24th he was still the same. Monday July 26,2010 my brother, sister's and I went seen him for a 9:00 visit and we had to tell him by for the last time because the next day they were taking the ventalator off of him and they told us that there was no chance he was going to make it. My dad died on the 27th of July 3 day's after his birthday. My family is really going though a tough time because we don't have any anwers to why this has happen. My dad didn't leave a note for us to why he did this... We layed him to rest friday and told him bye until we see him again... My family and I are doing ok but as more days, birthdays, hoildays come we might have a hard time. My dad was supposed to come celebrate Me and my sister birthday cause we are turing 21 and it really hit us hard that he want be there to celebrate with us.


Please keep my family and I in your prayers for the days and years to come after loosing my dad after the past weeks we had to deal with.
