How do I join/renew in the fan club?
Go to our website www.martinamcbride.com and click on the "Store" link. Select "Fan Club" and you will be directed to your purchase. There is no need to select "new membership" or "renewal" - they are processed the same way an both receive the same perks. If you are renewing, one year will be added on to your membership.
What do I receive as a Martina fan club member?
Members receive a packet in the mail. The packet changes from year to year, but currently contains a welcome letter, 8x10 photo of Martina, and a membership card. The biggest benefits are found online. Contests, exclusive online content, presale opportunities, and much more are offered to members of The Martina Fan Club.
I purchased the premium seating package which included fan club memberships. How do I activate them?
You should have received an email with codes to activate your fan club membership. If you no longer have the codes or need assistance with joining, contact support@groundctrl.com or fanrelations@martinamcbride.com. If you purchased multiple packages and need the fan club memberships to go to different people please let us know - this will have to be done manually by us.
I have a new email and/or new physical address. How can I update my information?
You can update your information right in your account. Just click "Manage Account" at the top of the page, and then click "manage account" again by your username on the left.
How do I send Martina an email?
Martina receives all of her emails at fanrelations@martinamcbride.com
Why am I not receiving emails from The Martina Fan Club?
Check the email address in your profile to make sure it is correct. You can do this by going to the "Manage Account" link at the top of the website page. If any information is incorrect, let us know so you won't miss anything! Also frequently check your junk mailbox and spam box as some spam filters will disallow mail from sources not on your approved list. Emails are sent out to the entire fan club database.
Who do I contact with any merchandise questions/issues?
Tee-Cee is Martina's merchandise manager. If you have any problems (or suggestions for new items), email her at merchmaven@martinamcbride.com

How can I find out about an order I placed at the Martina Store?
In your profile you should see the status of your order (the date your item was sent and a tracking number). If you have additional questions, or your order is not delivered in a timely manner contact Tee-Cee at merchmaven@martinamcbride.com
How can I get a meet & greet with Martina?
The only meet & greets being offered through the fan club can be found in the contest area. For each show on Martina's tour fans can enter for 2 front row tickets and 2 meet & greet passes. Fairs, festival, & casino shows are almost always exempt from this contest. Local radio stations usually have contests for tickets & opportunities to meet Martina as well so you might want to contact them.
Will my personal information be shared or made public to anyone else?
No. We respect your privacy, and any information you enter in your profile or when purchasing Martina merchandise is never given or sold to any other parties. You may always opt out of receiving Martina emails by contacting Ground Ctrl at support@groundctrl.com.
Where do I pick up concert tickets I purchased on the website?
Most of the time your tickets will be picked up at the "will call" window the night of the show. In rare cases tickets will be mailed to you. This is specified on the page when you order the tickets as to how you will obtain them. Read it carefully!
I heard there is a Martina show in my area, but it's not on the site tour schedule?
Sometimes shows are scheduled, but not confirmed. There are many details that go into scheduling Martina's concerts and we have found that radio stations or fans will spread the word that she's coming when it has not been confirmed by her promoters and booking agency. As soon as dates and locations are confirmed they are posted on the tour section of the website. Until that happens, it cannot be officially announced.
Do all shows offer presales?
Most shows do participate in fan club presales. Exceptions are casinos, fairs, and festivals. International shows are rarely included in concert presales as well.
The "best available" seats seem to fluctuate during the presale? Why?
We always try to offer fan club members the best seats for Martina's shows. Our ticket vendors hold the tickets that fans are "looking" at while they are deciding whether or not they want those seats. When seats are being looked at by one fan, they cannot be looked at by others, so it can appear that there are no good seats left. There usually are...the tickets are just on hold. This is also compounded by people trying out the pre-sale process who have no intention of buying tickets for that particular show. This is why good tickets become available later in the presale.
Do I need a code to purchase presale tickets?
No, you do not need a code - only an active fan club membership. The website recognizes member email addresses and once you are logged in you are good to go to purchase presale tickets. To pick up your presale tickets you will need to show a photo ID and the credit card the tickets were purchased under.
How can I find out when my fan club membership expires?
Your expiration date can be found in your profile. This can be found by going to the "Manage Account" link at the top of the website page. While you're there, make sure all of your information is accurate and up to date!
How often can I win contests?
You can win each contest once a year. You may enter and/or win multiple contests, but only one entry per contest.
